CUSTOM AIR CONDITIONING Honors Teachers With $50,000 Giveaway
Custom Air Conditioning & Air Quality, LLC officially concluded its 2026 “Do What’s Right” Teacher HVAC Giveaway. Meetings brought joy and a sense of celebration to the end of the school year. The winning educators can now return from a long day in the classroom to a comfortable and cool home environment.
“Supporting our local educators isn’t just a goal—it’s our responsibility. Teachers give their all to our children every day, and this was our way of taking care of them in return,” added co-owner Aaron Branham.

The giveaway is a community-focused initiative designed to honor and support local educators in observance of Teacher Appreciation Month. The company partnered with industry leaders Trane and JB Warranties to surprise five deserving teachers with brand-new, high-efficiency cooling systems.
Recognizing that educators are the backbone of the community, Custom Air Conditioning & Air Quality, LLC selected five local schools to participate in the program. One teacher from each school was surprised during recent faculty meetings.
The recipients represent the following local schools:
• Double Branch Elementary (Christie Joyce)
• Zephyrhills High School (Patrick Fortunato)
• West Zephyrhills Elementary (Shannon Mack)
• Centennial Middle School (Sandra Cooksey)
• R.B. Stewart Middle School (Charla VandeBerg)

The Giveaway Package
Each of the five selected winners received a comprehensive comfort package valued at over $10,000, including:
