2026 Winners
The Pasco Showcase of Talent held annually at the Pasco County Fair provides talented children in Pasco County an opportunity to demonstrate their talent as they compete to win trophies and, for the first place winners, cash prizes.
The 2026 competition held Feb. 16 in the Dan Cannon Auditorium during fair week, featured five age categories with 30 solo acts and one group category with three performances.
This year’s Pasco Showcase of Talent was dedicated in the loving memory of Sally Genevieve Blackwood, founder of Blackwood Studios of Dade City. The program dedication read “Affectionately known as ‘Miss Sally,’ Miss Sally was a great supporter of the Pasco Showcase of Talent and provided the gift of dance to so many in this community.
Miss Sally will surely be missed by everyone who has graced the stage here in Dan Cannon through the years.” Fair board member Tracy Thompson presented Miss Sally’s daughter Mary Ann Blackwood with flowers in her mother’s honor.
