Local fundraising event surpasses it’s goal!

Wendy Turmel never thought her efforts to raise money would be so successful. Her goal was to hit the $100,000 mark on May 27th, but she surpassed expectations by achieving a remarkable total of $104,680 since her fundraising campaigns began last summer. That night alone, Wendy generously distributed $6,880 among eight deserving organizations! 

The event took place at the bustling Dogpound Sports Bar & Arcade, filled with supporters and partners from various local organizations that have benefitted from her fundraising efforts. Attendees enjoyed an exciting evening of bingo, a wide array of donated raffle items, and lively auctions, all complemented by delicious food.

With this incredible outcome, Wendy is now setting her sights on reaching the $200,000 milestone.
